Ready or Not...Here They Come!

Tomorrow morning at 8:00am nearly 1,000 seventh and eighth graders enter LJHS.  Oh. My. Goodness.  My room is ready, my lesson plans are ready, and I think I'm ready.  Maybe.  Here are a few pictures of my classroom before it was complete.  I hope I haven't under-planned or over-planned or planned the wrong stuff or do something completely crazy or....

The back wall.  This area is also much improved!  

The large empty wall now says "Shoot for the Stars" in giant letters.  Students will get to put a large, colorful star on the wall with their name when they score a good grade on a test.  

I'll try to remember to take some more pictures soon and post the updates.  

A special thank you to all of you who have prayed for me lately.  It is greatly appreciated.  I have found a job that I love and am doing my best to be prepared.  Praise God!!
