I have to be excited about working out or I won't do it. Mr. H is super good about powering through those I just don't want to kind of days and sticking to his weight routine. I am not. On that note, he's currently losing weight (25 pounds so far) and gaining muscle (lots of it!). Super impressive!! He's not to his goals yet, but he's working very hard and making great progress. And by the way, can I just say, HOTTIE!!!!!! :)
I love workout classes and sometimes miss the UofA Gym in this regard. We had a gym membership for a while so I could go to classes but I wasn't making good use of it. They always seemed to be during times that didn't work for me... sad. So here are my latest workout "classes" that I can do right in my home on my time.

I also really like weight training...
And I love Yoga, but once again, don't like driving to yoga class at the right times. Geez, I see a theme here...
Thank you Jillian Michaels for making fun (and challenging) videos that I can do at home :)
And yes, I sometimes work out in capris and a sports bra, go nowhere near a mirror, and pretend I look just like her. Don't judge.
