The hard truth

I wasn't ready for a puppy. There, I said it. We read all the books, did a lot of research about breeds, talked to different people, and decided to adopt our precious girl Lexi. After a couple of tough days we have given her to friends that we know personally; she has a wonderful new family. We already loved her so much and miss her like crazy. I know we didn't stick it out for very long, but any longer and we couldn't have made the decision that we needed to. Many, many tears have been shed but we believe this is for the best. It's so tough.......
