Ready to Run.

Matthew and I have chosen a 5k and are getting in shape! We could both cover the 3.1 miles right now but it would not be pretty or continuous. So, we've employed the help of Hal Higdon (marathon trainer) at www.halhigdon.com. We've set up a training schedule and will be running our 5k on September 18!
