Day 141

Here are the weekly updates...

the cabinets have been stained (and then covered to prepare for painting)

trim and molding have been painted

the outdoor fireplace has been bricked

the arch for the outdoor living area is in

 and the stone arch over the driveway is up

Lots of good progress is being made and our current hold-up (isn't it always something?) is the gas line from the city. They have to come dig a trench through the front area and hook up our gas. Apparently our builder has had a request in for a couple weeks now. As soon as that is done they will be pouring concrete for the driveway/walkway. They will then be able to finish the outside details.
