We have our lot!!!!!!! Let the building begin! :)
Yes I blurred out the phone numbers on the sign. I dunno, call me old fashion, I just don't want to plaster someone elses phone numbers on the inernet, even if it is a realtor and you can easily get it from their site. go there if you want it :) but I digress...
We have our lot!! The house plans are in the final stages and we got our #1 lot pick. Perfect. We're 1.5 miles from the highway, we're on a cul-de-sac with complete privacy in our future outdoor living area, we're 1 mile from my work and 3.5 miles from Mr. H's, we're 2 miles from the newly opened Crystal Bridges Art Museum, we're close to everything in town but have lots of trees and nature around us, we're not in a cookie cutter neighborhood with straight & flat streets. Also, we've been able to work with a builder and create a custom floorplan that we absolutely LOVE! The house is going to be beautiful! I'm sure you'll be seeing way too many tons of pictures as the process goes along! Also, if you have any words of wisdom please-o-please share them, we're new at this.
