Rain--bleh

Well, I was hoping for LOTS of this during spring break!

Relaxation.

Soaking up some vitamin D.

The good life.

Not so much...

We have had crazy storms since Monday morning.

And they're still here.

We have been under severe thunderstorm warnings, flash flood warning, and even tornado watches.

ALL WEEK LONG.

Bleh.

This lovely system has been sitting right on top of our area and going nowhere.

Can you tell I'm thrilled about this?????

Oh, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Just in time for work and school next week.

Seriously?!

Also, the builder had told us about plans to put the roof on the house during the beginning of this week.

Nope.

The rain is pouring right in and water-logging everything.

Well, I hope my daddy can make a safe arrival through all this weather.

I guess I'll just chill inside and be thankful I have a nice house to retreat to when the storms role.

 Thanks, Lord, for your provision in that.
